2. 餐后超过三小时是练习瑜伽的最佳时段,请会员不要在餐后三小时内立即参加课程以免影响锻炼效果或
    引起身体不适;
3. 为了维持身体所需的水分,上课前后请勿大量饮水。上热瑜伽课程前2小时,请务必补充 充足的水分
4. 若您曾有过任何旧伤或不适,请务必于上课前告知老师.
5. 若您患有高血压,低血压和心脏病请尽量避免参加热瑜伽类课程。
